To update Blackmagic Camera Fiber Converter you will need to ensure that the unit is powered from the camera using the URSA 12V power supply rather than SMPTE fiber during the update.ДЇor updating URSA Mini or URSA Broadcast from Camera 4.0 or above it is advisable to export your presets and LUTвЂ™s onto a card as they will be removed during this update. If you want to use Media Express with the supported cameras, download and install the Blackmagic Desktop Video software. To use UltraScope via Thunderbolt with Blackmagic Cinema Camera or Production Camera 4K, download and install the Blackmagic UltraScope software. The device on the video input module is assigned to BlackMagic Decklink Duo, but the signal is being passed to the wrong port on the DeckLink desktop app. We set the BlackMagic card up for 3 inputs and 1 output. When after assigning the video output to Decklink port, nothing happens. We mapped everything to the right output location.

We have updated all the BlackMagic drivers. We have tried both channel out and video out to the Decklink, and neither one works. We have installed Aximmetry Professional, and can see our SDI input, but the SDI output will not work, even after we have followed all of the tutorial and forum suggestions.
